The anticipated results of the project are:

foods and macronutrients
important in the development of ischemic heart disease (IHD)
specification of
optimal substitutions
of foods and macronutrients for IHD prevention
scientifically-founded, food-based
dietary guidelines
targeted at preventing IHD development in the general population
knowledge transfer
from leading international partners to the Danish scientific society
